LIVE SEMINAR CLASSES 2010

No classes for fall 2009 will be offered due to course retooling to match your budgetary needs during the current economic state

NORTHERN AND SOUTHERN NEW JERSEY

 The Sommelier Institute of New Jersey offers seminar classes of six to eight sessions twice yearly at both Northern and Southern New Jersey locations. Classes start 7:00 PM sharp and last until 10 PM.  These classes include lectures by  professionals in the topic being discussed, films, slides, written material, and samplings

Once a year, we also offer Advanced course for more knowledgeable people in the field of wine & spirits.

The Sommelier Institute of New Jersey was formed in 1974 for the purpose of disseminating knowledge and appreciation of fine wines and spirits to members of the food and beverage industry and their friends to whom such knowledge and appreciation is an avocation. 

The classes have student limitations. Minimum 15 students, Maximum 25 students. Our spring 2009 classes are now complete. Next series of classes shall be in the Spring of 2010. Schedules to be posted early January 2010.  Early enrollment is encouraged to guarantee placement in this exciting course.
